(Thor), the Lord of Thunder, confronts and defends the Nine Kingdoms against an enemy from the distant past, perhaps older than the universe itself. (Thor) tries to restore order to the universe, and (Thor) must unite with (Jane Foster) to embark together on a dangerous adventure that will force him to make a great sacrifice for the victory of good.
